I travelled over 200 miles to purchase a car from David James Ltd. Having never been through the virtual experience before, I was a little dubious about putting a deposit on a car which I’d never seen. However, I have to say that Kevin was superb from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, photos whenever asked and made the experience very straightforward, so I ended up purchasing the vehicle on the day. The vehicle was accurately described and I would say that they definitely went the extra mile in terms of service.
