Having searched far and wide for a specific model Land rover Freelander I eventually found exactly what i was looking for at David James. Due to the distance I wanted to make sure I did not waste time and money going all the way to Newcastle to see a car that did not meet my expectations. I phoned David beforehand and discussed the vehicle with him. He described it fully and gave me all the information that I needed to provide the confidence for me to travel the 200 + miles.

On sight the car was as David had described and met my requirements completely. The price was agreed prior to my journey and David made the transaction easy and quick. However, once I got the car home I noticed a fault on one of the leather seat panels. I rang David who asked me to get a quote and get the work done locally to me. This was done to my satisfaction and David reimbursed me fully for the cost which i thought is quite admirable in a person these days.

When you purchase a car making the final choice on the dealer that you choose is an important factor. Being employed in a highly customer focused industry customer care is a must. All too often a dealer will tell you what he thinks you want to hear so as to close the sale without having the facts to back the statement up.
